We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of personal information we hold. This privacy policy outlines the manner in which we collect, store and use personal information.

Where you are the nominated contact person for a Minds Count signatory, we collect personal information from your organisation’s application form, for the purposes of providing updates to you and your organisation in relation to Minds Count, its activities, services and operations. .

Where you register on our website or by email to be included on our mailing list, we collect personal information from that registration for the purposes of providing updates to you in relation to Minds Count, its activities, services and operations.

Where you register to attend a Minds Count event, we collect personal information from that registration for the purposes of providing updates to you in relation to Minds Count, its activities, services and operations.

In all of these cases we may also use your personal information to inform you about news, research and developments connected to workplace mental health.

Where you have registered to be included on our mailing list or to attend a Minds Count event, and no longer wish to receive communications from us, you may have your personal information removed from our distribution list by emailing us at the email address indicated below.

Where you are the nominated contact person for a Minds Count signatory, you may contact us at the email address indicated below to elect not to receive communications in relation to news, research and developments connected to workplace mental health. However, for as long as you are the nominated contact person for a Minds Count signatory, we will continue to use your personal information for the purposes of providing updates to your organisation in relation to Minds Count, its activities, services and operations. If you no longer wish to receive these communications, you should either advise us that your organisation no longer wishes to be a Minds Count signatory, or nominate a replacement contact person for your organisation.

Where information is required to be disclosed by law, we will only disclose necessary information.

Individuals wishing to access their personal information at the Minds Count Foundation may do so by written request by email to the email address indicated below. We will comply with all reasonable requests to have inaccuracies corrected.

When you browse our website, our internet service provider makes a record of your visit and logs information for internal review and statistical purposes. We are then provided only with the country of origin of the user’s server address, date and time of visit to the site, and

the pages viewed. At this stage, we have no plans to attempt to identify users of the website or their browsing activities, except where required by a law enforcement agency.
